SUBMISSION AGREEMENT — KRABEL MUSIC RECORDS LLC

By submitting content through this portal, you ("the Artist" or "Submitting Party") agree to the following terms:

1. OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the music, lyrics, recordings, artwork, and any other materials submitted, and that your submission does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

2. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all metadata provided, including but not limited to: track title, artist name, composers, producers, release date, ISRC codes, and cover art.

3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

You acknowledge that submitted audio files must meet the technical specifications required by digital streaming platforms (WAV 44,100 Hz/16-bit or 48,000 Hz/16–24-bit) and that cover art must be 3000×3000 pixels. Submissions failing to meet these standards will not be processed.

4. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

KRABEL MUSIC RECORDS LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: (a) delays caused by third-party distribution platforms; (b) errors in metadata submitted by the Artist; (c) rejection of content by streaming platforms due to quality, rights, or policy violations; (d) any loss of revenue or opportunity resulting from technical issues outside our control; (e) unauthorized use of submitted materials by third parties once distributed to digital platforms.

5. CONTENT STANDARDS

You confirm that all submitted content complies with applicable laws and platform content policies. Krabel Music Records LLC reserves the right to refuse or remove any submission that violates applicable laws or platform guidelines.

6. COMMUNICATION

By submitting, you consent to receiving email communications related to your submission status. If issues arise with your files or metadata, we will contact you using the email address provided. It is your responsibility to monitor your inbox.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF DISTRIBUTION

Receipt of your submission does not constitute a guarantee of distribution. Krabel Music Records LLC reserves the right to review all submissions and communicate any concerns prior to processing.
